Kenneth Bosch

Kenneth Bosch, age 80, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully to be with his Lord on Sunday, June 30, 2024. Ken was a loving husband, dad, grandpa, and brother. Ken loved being on the road, whether it was driving a semi-truck, traveling with his wife, or just driving through northern Michigan. He volunteered at Georgetown Township Fire Station #3 for over 25 years as a firefighter. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Barbara; sister-in-law, Lois Walcott, brother in-law Fred VanMeter, and Don Tayler. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Vicki and Brent South, Kevin and Lisa Bosch; grandchildren, Autumn South, Drew Bosch, Ethan Bosch, Derek Bosch; brother, Donald and Sally Bosch; brother-in-law, Lee Walcott; sister-in-law, Geraldine Taylor; several nephews and a niece. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Darren Tigelaar officiating. Burial will take place at Allendale Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family Monday, July 8 from 4-7 pm at the funeral home. An additional hour of visitation will be held on Tuesday prior to the service.
