Ken Leslie

Ken Leslie, age 60, of Grandville, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 28, 2015.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Helen Leslie; his sister, Joann Leslie. Ken worked for Holland American for 30 years and also most recently worked at Lowe’s in Grandville. Ken treasured his family, especially the memories he made with his grandchildren. He was an avid outdoorsman where he loved to hunt. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 41 years, Nancy; daughter, Rebecca and TJ Hindenach; grandchildren, Logan, and Morgan Hindenach, Katie Bucy; brother, Keith and Jill Leslie; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bob and Paula Colvin, Rog and Pat Colvin, Linda Barrett, Ray Colvin, Debbie and Karrie Kooyers, Randy and Julie Colvin, Wendy Nichols; many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday 2 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW, with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Interment Floral View Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 5-8 pm at the funeral home and on Tuesday from 1-2 pm prior to the service. Those who wish to make memorial contributions are asked to consider the unexpected needs of the family.
