Kathleen “Kit” Groth

Kathleen “Kit” Groth, age 77, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025. Kit touched so many lives with her love and compassion. She will live on in all of our hearts forever. We rejoice that she is at peace now and no longer in pain. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Kathleen Groth; sister-in-law, Dawn Groth; stepbrother, Roger Crecley; and nephew, Leo Fox. She will be lovingly remembered by her partner, Connie Beatty; brothers, John and Anne Groth, Rick Groth and his friend, Mary Stowasser, and Jerry and Rose Groth; stepbrother, Ted  and Terri Fox; nephews, Carl and Jen Groth (and their daughter, Kenzie), and Shawn Groth; nieces, Nikki Groth and her fiancé, A.J. Piacelli, and Theresa Fox; and many other family members and friends. According to her wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. Those who wish may make a contribution in Kit’s memory to a charity of their choice.
