Julia M.  Kraker

Kraker, Julia  Julia (Gemmen) Kraker, age 90, of Hudsonville, went home to Glory on  Wednesday, December 18. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; her sister, Ruth Kuyers; her sisters-in-law, Marion Brower, Louise Bronkema.  She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Nancy (Gaylord) Schuur, Barb (Ray) Slager, Lonna (Dan) Ondersma, William (Teresa) Kraker, Joyce (Gary) Tamminga; 18 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law,  Norma (Ben) Miedema; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law Alvin (Lillian) Kraker,  Rev. Don Bronkema; sister-in-law, Kay Pohler.  Julia was a  long time resident of Allendale where she resided for many many years.  Funeral Services will be held Saturday, 2 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 6651 Scott St, Allendale.  Relatives and friends may meet with the family Friday 5-8 pm and Saturday 1-2 pm at the funeral home.  Interment Allendale Township Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Love INC.  The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Sheldon Meadows and Spectrum Health Hospice for the loving care they gave her.
