Joseph Ferrante

Joseph Ferrante, age 79, of Wyoming passed away peacefully on Monday, August 3, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents, Salvatore and Stella Ferrante; his sister, Mary Genovese and brother, Angelo Ferrante. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Rosalie Cook; sister in law, Earlene Ferrante; many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. He was a graduate of Grand Rapids Junior College. Joe served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star with Distinction for Valor. He worked in the restaurant management and food service systems fields for many years. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the caregivers at Faith Hospice Trillium Woods for their compassion and care always shown to him. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice Trillium Woods.
