Jose Mauricio Gavina-Ocampo

Jose Mauricio Gavina-Ocampo, age 14, of Wyoming went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 6, 2021. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother and father, his brothers and sister, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. Jose loved to sing and to draw. He loved spending time with his family. He was a very spiritual young man and would pray for others. Mauricio was charismatic with an amazing soul that would definitely leave a print of himself everywhere he went. A smile as big as his strength and strong as his voice. He was an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and his kind and mature spirit. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Casa Del Rey Full Gospel Church, 2143 S. Division Ave, Wyoming, with Rev. Victor and Lupe Morales officiating. Burial Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming. Due to gathering restrictions, there will be a limit on the number of people who may enter the building at a time.
