John Jay Lutke

John Jay Lutke, age 73, of Allendale, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Kathryn Lutke; and sister, Jacqueline. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 54 years, Betty Ann (Knoper) Lutke; children, Linda and Doug Schoenrock, Lisa Dean, Lance and April Lutke; grandchildren, Julia Dean, Eve Schoenrock, Angela Dean, Ava Lutke, Logan Lutke, Wyatt Lutke, Nolan Lutke, Ryker Lutke, Lauren Schoenrock; brothers, Ray and Linda Lutke, Bill and Mary Lutke, Jack and Karen Lutke; sister, Bonnie and Phil Webster. John retired from General Motors/Bosch after 39 years as a Quality Control Engineer. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Rusk Christian Reformed Church, 10354 92nd Ave., Allendale, with Rev. Dave Vander Meer officiating.  Interment Rusk Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 5-8 pm at the church, as well as Tuesday from 10-10:45 am prior to the service at the church.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Allendale Christian School or Hudsonville Unity Christian Building Fund.
