Jimmy Lee Jansma

Jimmy Lee Jansma, age 69, of Hudsonville, was called to his heavenly home on Monday, June 4, 2018.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Anna Jansma; brothers, Tunis Jansma, Wally Jansma; and infant sister, Betty Ann. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 44 years, Barbara; children and grandchildren, Peggy Jansma, Penny and Tim Kamps (Jamie, Faith, Olivia, and Hannah), James and Kelly Jansma (Derrick, Dylan, Thomas, Kori, and Gideon); brothers, Dennis and Sue Jansma, Carl and Judy Jansma, Floyd Jansma, Mark Jansma, Phillip Jansma; sisters, Ranae and Mike Kooistra, Darla and Kevin Vaandrager; sister-in-law, Linda Jansma; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Randy and Diane Meyer, Gord and Nancy Meyer, Leo and Cheryl Meyer, Roger and Kris Meyer, Merrie and Jack DeVries; many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Hudsonville Protestant Reformed Church, 5101 Beech Tree, Hudsonville, with Rev. Garrett Eriks officiating.  Interment will be held at Georgetown Township Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Protestant Reformed Special Education or to Georgetown Harmony Homes.
