Jerry Richard Radimak

Radimak, Jerry R. Jerry R. Radimak, aged 89 of Byron Center, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2015. He was preceded in death by his step-son, Michael Quinn; step-daughter, Dianne Inman; and brothers, Frank, Steve, Edward, Joseph, and Marvin. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 35 years, Eileen Radimak; children, Jerrard Michael Radimak, Karen and Jerry Gunneson, Kathy Radimak; his step-daughter and caregiver, Kathleen and John Rocafort , David and May Quinn; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister, Hilda Alighirie; brothers-in-law, Phillip and Bernice Sweeney, David and Berenette Sweeney, Richard Sweeney, Paul Sweeney; sister-in-law, Lena Radimak; and all their wonderful children. Jerry served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Iowa for four years; He worked for the Veterans Cab Co. for 47 years. He was a life member of the Wayland VFW Post 7581, Amvets Post 23 and American Legion Post 258. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11am Monday at St. Dominic’s Church, 50 Bellevue SW, Wyoming with Fr. Charles Dautremont presiding. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will meet relatives and friends Sunday 3-6pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming and Monday 10-11am at the church. A rosary service will be 5pm Sunday at the funeral home.  Memorial donations may be made to St. Dominic’s Church.
