Jay E. Duimstra

Jay E. Duimstra, age 78, of Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 3, 2018.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Nellie Duimstra; and his sisters, Etta Droog, Nellene Duimstra.  He is survived by his daughters, Barb and Bob Dabbs, Jayne and Dale Powell, Holley and Bill Helton; 4 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Betty Duimstra; brother, Ron and Claire Duimstra; and many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating.  Interment will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 10-10:50 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
