Janis Lee Munson

Munson, Janis Lee Janis Lee (Gessner) Munson, age 64, of Hudsonville and formerly of Ann Arbor, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 15, 2014. Jan was a former V.P. of JPMorgan Chase Bank and loved to read, travel, and make crafts. She was preceded in death by her parents, Shirley Mehrtens and Robert Gessner. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Karen (the late Edward) Munson; brother, Robert (Linda) Gessner Jr.; nieces, Sarah (J. Scott) MacDonald II and Caitlin (Aaron) Kraus; very special aunt, Lynn (William) Moran; and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 21 at 4:00 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville), 4145 Chicago Drive SW with Chris R. Hansen officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
