James Burns

James Fredrick Burns, aged 94 of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sherry Spaulding; son, Patrick Burns; five brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Lorraine (Wykkel); their children, Mary Lou Wanrooy, Michael Burns, Christine Green, Rosemary Weaver; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1935 Plymouth Ave SE, Grand Rapids with Fr. Peter Damian presiding. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the church on Wednesday from 10-11 am.
