Jacoba (Bruinsma) Tuinstra

Jacoba (Bruinsma) Tuinstra, age 92, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 4, 2017.  Music was her passion and she enjoyed playing and performing up until recently.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, Arnold Bruinsma and Mike Tuinstra; son-in-law, Paul Fryling; grandsons, Michael Fryling, David Helder.  She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Diana Fryling, Arlys and Don Helder, Jerry and Suzanne Bruinsma, Arnie and Cynde Bruinsma; 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; brothers, Sidney and Joanne Kooistra, Jim Kooistra; brother-in-law, Bob DenHartog; sister-in-law, Josephine Schopen; several nieces and nephews.  Memorial services will be held Thursday 11 am at Fellowship Christian Reformed Church, 4375 Ivanrest SW, Grandville with Pastor Barb Sanders.  Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 10-10:45 am at the church prior to the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Fellowship Christian Reformed Church or Faith Hospice.
