Jackwin Breen

  Jackwin Breen, age 100, formerly of Lowell, went to be with her Lord on Friday, March 18, 2016.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ruth Holford; sons, Peter and Jim; daughter-in-law, Margaret; one grandson, Vincent Holford. Jackwin will be dearly missed by her daughter, Sally Holford; son-in-law, Ralph Holford; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 11:00 am at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Chapel, 4145 Chicago Dr., Grandville, MI  49418.  Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday, March 22, 2016 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Hospice of Michigan.
