Herman C. Ophoff

Herman C. Ophoff, age 89 of Grand Rapids went to be with his Lord on Friday, April 7, 2017.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. G.M. and Jane Ophoff; brothers, Frederick and George Ophoff. He is survived by his wife, Louise (Wychers) Ophoff; children, Steven G. (Karen) Ophoff, Rosanne (Bruce) VanSolkema, John H. (Patricia) Ophoff; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Edward C. (Adrianna) Ophoff; in-laws Alvin and Irma Wychers, Dan and Joyce VanderLaan. Private funeral services for Herman will be held. Rev. A. Spriensma will officiate. Interment in Garfield Park Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Covenant Christian High School.
