Helen Marie Sullivan

Helen “Pete” Sullivan, aged 92 of Grand Rapids, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2015 and will forever remain in the hearts of all who loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Sullivan, her sister, Pauline Grotenrath, her brother, Jim Moore, her sister-in-law, Helen Moore, her son, Mike and many lifelong friends. Helen was a devoted mother, loving grandmother, and loyal friend known for her generous nature, friendly smile, quiet yet unshakeable faith and engaging sense of humor. She is survived by her sons, Tim (Marcia), Joe, Dan (Mary); daughters, Maureen (Bruce) and Mary Jo (Keith); 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; brothers, Pat Moore and Mike (Drew) Moore; many nieces and nephews. A private funeral mass for immediate family members will be celebrated at St. Alphonsus Church.
