Grace Turk

Grace Maud Turk, age 97, of Allendale, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018. Grace loved Jesus, and her family and friends. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, sketching, coloring, and metal detecting with Mitchell at Lake Michigan beaches. She was caring, loving, and patient and Grace was the perfect name for her.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Turk; and her son Leslie Bowers.  She is survived by her children: Donald (Sharon) Turk, Rose (James) Kopp, Mitchell Turk, Delbert (Terrie) Turk, William (Myra) Bowers, Harold (Judy) Dondineau, Jerry (Ruth Ann) Bowers, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf (corner of Avery and Scott) 6651 Scott St., Allendale. Interment will be held at Allendale Township Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Friday from noon to 12:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions can be made to Mitchell Turk to assist with funeral expenses.
