Gloria Ann DeMaagd, age 94, of Grandville, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; brother-in-law, Arie VanderHeide; and special friend, Jerry Van Noord. Gloria will be lovingly remembered by her children, Sue and Bob Fles, Mary DeMaagd, Don and Nancy DeMaagd, Sara and Mark Koets; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; brother and sisters-in-law, Dave and Pat Joustra, Marlene VanderHeide, Marge Stuit; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Rev. John Witvliet, officiating. Burial will take place at Blythefield Memory Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 1 to 2 pm at the funeral home prior to the service. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Edison Christian Life Services.
