Geraldine Rubingh

Geraldine Rubingh, beloved mother and grandmother went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 21, 2025. She was born in Ellsworth, MI on May 2, 1928. She was married to her husband, Julius, on January 6, 1948. They moved to Grand Rapids and they raised their five children. Julius preceded her in death in 2014. She is survived by her five grateful and loving children: Darlene (Dave) Kuiper, Gerald (Pat) Rubingh, Sherrie (Tim) Lowly, Joy (Marvin) Veltkamp, Doug (Carolyn) Rubingh; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date. To honor Gerry and Julius and the sacrificial value they placed on Christian education by sending their five children though the Grand Rapids Christian Schools, donations would be gratefully received by Blythefield Christian Reformed Church, c/o Christian Education Fund, 6350 Kuttshill Dr. NE, Rockford, MI  49341.
