Gerald L. Cole

Gerald Lee Cole, age 85, of Grand Rapids passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. Gerald will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 64 years, Eleanor; children, Terri and Todd Barton, Shelly Cole,  Amy and Rodney Klomparens; grandchildren, Amber, Tommy, Melissa, Chelsea, Erika, Danisue, Alex, Hope; great-grandchildren, Haylee, Kaitlynn, Jaiden, London; brother, James (Gloria) Cole; sisters, Jayne Hoffman, Shirley Heidema; sisters-in-law, Betty (Jerry) Kornoelje, Dorothy (Fred) Mendricks. Gerald proudly served his country in the United States Army. Cremation has taken place.  The scheduled Celebration of Life has been canceled at this time. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Samaritas Senior Living, 2000 32nd St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI, 49508.
