Gary Lee Berndt

Gary Berndt, age 67, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Gary worked at Spectrum Health in environmental services for about 20 years until he retired. In his early years, Gary loved to fish, canoe, and loved anything that involved the outdoors. He will be remembered for his easy-going nature and lovable personality. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Ruth Berndt. He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings, Cindy, Dennis, Doug, Mark, David; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
