Frank P. Coe

Frank P. Coe, aged 67 of Kentwood went to be with his Lord on Thursday, July 13, 2017. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa and brother. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Kathleen; son, Robert (Laura) and their children, McKenzie, Steven, Matthew; son, Steve (Vanessa) and their children, Mia and Jaxson; brother, Stan (Elizabeth) Coe; and sister, Nancy Hammell.  Frank proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a 4^th degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus and a eucharistic minster for the church. He loved cars, engines and spending time in his garage.  But most of all, he loved being a “PaPa”.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11:00 am at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 1253 – 52^nd St. SE, Kentwood with Rev. Peter Vu officiating.  The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday from 9-11 am at the church.  Burial will be in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.  The family requests that memorial contributions be given to St. Mary Magdalen Church or the Wounded Warrior Project.
