Frank (Francesco)  Micele

Micele, Frank (Francesco) Frank (Francesco) Micele, aged 91 of Wyoming, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, December 9, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ignazio and Marianna Micele and four brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Dorothy; children, Frank (Skip) and Diane Micele, David and Gayle Micele; grandchildren, Lisa (Tom) Nowland, Morgan Micele, Leslie Smith; great-grandchildren, Connor and Keely Nowland,Wyatt Ellis Smith; many nieces and nephews. Frank retired from Kelvinator after 40 years. He proudly served in the Marine Corps, Spearhead 5th Division, during WWII. He was a member of the Catholic War Veterans, the Knights of Columbus, Bishop Haas Council, VFW, American Legion and the Italian/American Club. Bowling was a passion; but more important was being with his family. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am Friday at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 101 Hall SE, with Fr. Ted Kozlowski presiding. Interment Grandville Cemetery. The family will meet relatives and friends Thursday 2-4 & 6-8pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with a rosary at 6:30pm. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
