Frank Giuliano

Frank S. Giuliano, age 95, of Wyoming, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019 and joins his wife of 63 years, Eva.  He proudly served in the Seabees with the U.S. Navy during WWII in the South Pacific.  He volunteered many years at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans and was a member of the Catholic War Veterans.  He retired after over 30 years from LSI/Smiths Industries. He was also preceded in death by son-in-law, Andrejs Locmelis; brothers: Joseph and Peter. He will be lovingly remembered by his children: Judith Locmelis, Leonard Giuliano, Frank L. (Valerie) Giuliano; grandchildren: Joseph Giuliano, Tara Giuliano, Gina (fiancé, Ian Durkee) Giuliano, Andrejs A. Locmelis, Kathleen Locmelis, James (Jessica) Locmelis, Amanda (Daniel) Jackson; great grandchildren: Ava, Frank A., Lina; brother, Sam Giuliano; sister-in-law, Mickey Toarmina; many nieces and nephews.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday 11:00 a.m. at St. John Vianney Church, 4101 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with Fr. John Vallier presiding. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming, with a rosary at 7:30 pm. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to GR Home for Veterans or a charity of one’s choice.
