Frances Alkema

Frances Alkema, age 81, of Jenison, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Elbertus Kruiswyk and David T. Alkema; parents, Alko and Ellen Jager; sister, Clarissa Kloosterman; and sister-in-law, Patrilla Jager. Frances will be lovingly remembered by her children, Elbertus Scott (Megan) Kruiswyk, Tara Kruiswyk; grandchildren, Haley Ball, Leah Reed, Jake Kruiswyk, and Josie Kruiswyk; and three great-grandchildren. A private family graveside service will be held at Georgetown Township Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
