Everett F. Kietzman, aged 88 of Wyoming, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Phyllis; children, Karen (Phil) Glupker, Daniel (Mary Jo) Kietzman, David (Denise) Kietzman, Bruce (Lisa) Kietzman; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Katie Wieringa; brother-in-law, Jim (Wilma) Sheehan; special friend, Andrea Terranova; and several nieces and nephews. Everett worked as a mechanic for 42 years at Dale Baker Olds. He was a lifetime member of the Elks Club. “When we remember the countless wonderful memories we have of you, it will always be how gentle and loving you were. Thank you for being that special person to each of us, and the joy and happiness you brought into our lives.” The family would like to extend a special thank you to Everett’s caregivers at Heartland Healthcare Center and Spectrum Health Butterworth 5th Floor ICU for their loving care. Funeral services for Everett will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 616 E. Main Street, Caledonia with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-7 pm and on Friday from 12-1 pm prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation or Juvenile Diabetes.
