Evelyn Constance Conrad

Evelyn (Connie) Conrad, aged 49, of Grand Rapids passed away suddenly on September 26th after a long fight with multiple illnesses. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Evelyn Stocker, her mother Arlene Turner, her father in law Ronald Boetsma, and mother in law Dee Boetsma. She is survived by her husband of  25 years, Daniel Conrad and her children; Melissa Church (Jeff Lewis), Jaime Schouw (Steve Meekhof), Nicole Schouw (Jameil Bakri), Lisa Geister (Chris Geister), Daniel Conrad JR (Channon Conrad) and 15 grand babies that were her pride and joy. She is also survived by her two sisters, Bea Hartman and Eleanor Church, her nieces and nephews and friends. If you would like to share memories of  Connie, the family will be gathered Thursday October 2nd from 6-8pm at Millbrook Christian Reformed Church at 3661 Poinsettia SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508. A Memorial Service will be on Friday, October 3rd at 11am at Millbrook Church. Please come join the family in a celebration of her life. The funeral will be followed by a lunch.
