Elaine Geers

Elaine E. Geers, age 94, of Jenison, formerly of Kent City, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, February 28, 2021. Elaine will be remembered for her servant’s heart, her giving spirit and her sense of humor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; daughters, Carol Bajema, Sharon Thatcher; son-in-law, Robert Bajema; one grandchild, and two great-grandchildren. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Calvin and Winona Geers, Phyllis and Dirk Bakhuyzen, Brian and Amy Geers; son-in-law, Steve Thatcher; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; sister-in-law, Lois and Aldert Klompein. A private family graveside service celebrating Elaine’s life will be held at a later date. Burial Hillside Cemetery in Grant, MI.
