Elaine E. See (Valk)

Elaine E. See (Valk), aged 88 of Grand Rapids, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husbands, William Valk and Donald See. She is survived by her children, Michael Valk Sr., Marilyn and Greg Beggs, Mark and Michelle Valk, Marlowe and Cheryl Valk; 19 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; sister, Treasure DeWitt; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Elaine was a lifetime member of VFW Post 3023. Funeral services for Elaine will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming with Pastor Timothy Brand officiating. Interment Rosedale Memorial Park directly after the funeral service. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10-11 am prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Grand Rapids Home for Veterans.
