Edwin M. Crowner

Edwin Maurice Crowner, age 79, of Hudsonville, passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2018. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Crowner. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 34 years, Phyllis; children,  Evert and Rhonda Crowner, Betty M. Crowner; step-daughter, Debby Adamski; “adopted” daughter, Tonja Lofton; grandchildren, Josh and Valerie Crowner, Douglas Adamski, Justin Adamski, Lukas Adamski, Loren Adamski; great-grandchildren, Sophie Crowner and Bentley Crowner.  Edwin was a pilot with his own plane who also liked to golf, hunt, fish, and invent things. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 21 at 11:00 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Lee Welch officiating.  Interment Coopersville Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday, July 20 from 7-9 pm at the funeral home. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
