Edith   Nicholson

Nicholson, Edith Edith Nicholson, age 88, of Allendale, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 20, 2014.   She was preceded in death by her husband, George; granddaughter, Sarah Ann.  She will be greatly missed by her daughters:  Judith Elaine Ames, Laura Ann (Steve) Lankford; grandchildren: Michelle Marie Juarez, Kristoffer Irwin Lankford; great grandchildren:  Andrew Juarez and Kaia Juarez.  One of Edith's greatest joys was spending time with her Lankford family.  Funeral services will be held Monday 6 PM at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, (corner of Avery and Scott) 6651 Scott St., Allendale, with Pastor Mark Tolodziecki officiating.  Interment Allendale Township Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family on Monday from 4-6 PM at the funeral home prior to the service.  Memorial contributions may be made to Equest Center for Therapeutic Riding.
