Earl Bouwkamp

Earl Bouwkamp, aged 63 of Grand Rapids passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Bouwkamp. He is survived by his mother, Nellie Bouwkamp; his life partner of 36 years, Royal Mullennix; aunts, uncles, cousins and many wonderful friends.   A special thank you to Faith Hospice and Pat, Jennifer and Tracy at Lemmen Holton Cancer Center for their loving care of Earl. Earl enjoyed his 28 years of running their family restaurant, House of Flavors/Flavors. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday from 11 am – 1 pm at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Chapel (Kentwood), 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE. Memorial contributions may be given to Faith Hospice or the Lemmen Holton Cancer Center.
