Above all, he was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother. He is survived by his daughters, Sherry Shepard and her husband, Scott, and Sandy Hewitt and her husband, Lucas; his five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Reynaldo Garcia, Rosa Cox, Roberto Garcia, Ricardo Garcia and his wife, Dawn, and Kelly Kincaid and her husband, Brian.

He was preceded in death by his father, Reynaldo Garcia,  brother, Reymundo Garcia, and his beloved granddaughter, Devin Garcia.

His family will cherish the memories they shared and carry his love with them always. They find comfort in knowing he is at peace in heaven, reunited with loved ones who went before him.
