Together they spent the Michigan winters in Bradenton where they enjoyed spending time at the pool clubhouse, or visits to the Moose Lodge on Anna Maria Island. Don’s favorite pastimes included grilling, fish-frys, being on the pontoon, reading, or enjoying a beer with friends. He was also a member of the UAW local #330 and #167. He will be greatly missed by many for his friendship, willingness to lend a helping hand, and easy-going personality.
