Donald Overholt

On Monday, October 24, 2022, our beloved Donald Overholt went home to be with the Lord at the age of 83. He passed peacefully following a long illness, taking his last breath in the embrace of family. Donald, the son of Myron and Clara Overholt, was preceded in death by his twin brother, Ronald; brother, Raymond (Millie) and sister, Lucille (Wendell) Long. He is survived by his wife, Bernadine; sons, Timothy (Johan) and Brent (Penny); grandchildren, Coleton, Wyatt, Justin, Courtney, and Sarah. He is also survived by his brother, Roger (Loretta); many nieces, nephews and countless dear and loyal friends.

Visitation will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at the Caledonia United Methodist Church followed immediately by funeral services at 11:00 AM. Burial of his cremated remains will take place after the funeral services at Caledonia Lakeside Cemetery, which is adjacent to the church. Donald’s family and friends will then gather at the Caledonia American Legion Memorial Post 305 for a luncheon in celebration of his life and an exhibition of select works of art he painted over the years. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Donald’s name to the Caledonia American Legion Memorial Post 305.
