Dolores Pierson

Dolores (Mouw) Pierson, age 90, formerly of Grandville went to be with her Lord on Thursday, October 31, 2024. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Elton Mouw; second husband, Dave Pierson; infant sons, Dale, and Edward Mouw; sons, Doug, Duane, and Randy Mouw; grandson, Jason Mouw; granddaughter, Jennifer Mouw; and brother, Russell Fiebig. Dolores will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Rick and Kim Mouw, Tom and Sheri Mouw; daughter-in-law, Jan Mouw; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother and sisters-in-law, Rev. Ernest and Donna Fiebig, and Betsy Fiebig; the Pierson family; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Dolores enjoyed traveling, camping, knitting, crocheting, square dancing but most importantly she loved spending time with her family. The family wishes to thank the staff of Sheldon Meadows for their love and care shown to Dolores. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Monday, November 4, 2024 at Jamestown Baptist Church, 2472 Quincy St., Hudsonville, 49426 with Dr. Richard McCarrell and Rev. Dennis Gilbert officiating. A private burial will take place at Grandville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family Sunday, November 3 from 2-5 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Sheldon Meadows Assisted Living Center.
