Deborah Ann Truxal

Deborah Truxal quietly left her earthly body and entered the heavenly home prepared for her by her Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday afternoon, April 26, 2023. Deb was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Margaret (Inghram) Truxal, and is survived by a brother and his wife, Dennis and Ruth Truxal of Wickenburg, AZ. Deb’s career centered on music as she sang with an exquisite soprano voice. After Deb moved from New York to Michigan to be with her widowed mother, she worked for Love INC, relishing both the opportunity to help clients and the camaraderie of the staff. In the last 15 years while disease ravaged her body, Deb’s mind remained clear and active. She was consistently optimistic, interested in learning, strong-willed, and a devoted Ohio State fan. Deb will be greatly missed by those who knew her, including her dear friends, Jane Remington, Carol Goebel, and Phyllis Dornbush. Thank you sincerely to the staff of Laurels of Hudsonville for your skill, love, and respect as you cared for Deb. And a hearty thank you to the drivers of H-CAT Wheelchair Transport who made the many miles of traveling pleasant for her. She considered all of you her friends. According to Deb’s wishes, no memorial services will be held, and interment will be in her hometown in Ohio.
