David J. Rozema

Dave J. Rozema, age 66, of Hudsonville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 30, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Agnes Rozema; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jerry and Harriet Bricker; sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Gerry Kuipers.  Dave will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 46 years, Cheryl; sons, David and Karri Rozema, Randy and Kathy Rozema; grandchildren, Morgan and Ben Weurding, Sarah, David III, Bridget, Corey, Rebecca, and Erica; siblings, Alyce and Phil Guichelaar, Gerald and Karen Rozema, Burton and Phyllis Rozema, Fred and Kathy Rozema, Jean and Ron Cheyne, Karin Mae Kuiper; brother-in- law, Jerry Lee Bricker, sister-in-law, Brenda and Rocky Stilwill; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2018, 11:00 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with  Pastor Garry Koon  officiating.  Interment Georgetown Township  Cemetery.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday  from 4 to 8 pm at the funeral home, and from 10 to 10:45 am before the service.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Van Andel Research Institute.
