Daniel N. Hulst

HULST – Daniel Nathan Hulst went home to be with his Holy Father on Saturday, June 13, 2015, and is now resting in his ever-loving arms. Dan is survived by his loving “mama”, Melissa DeSota; sister, Rachel Mary (Kris), father, Ken Hulst (Tracy); sister, Kayleigh Hulst; uncles, Mike DeSota, Dave Hulst (Lisa); aunts, Michele Friend, Mary Beth (Ron) Vander Weide, Laurie (Doug) Stults, Peggy (Ron) Cook; cousins, Jenny, Kevin, Grace and Ellis Vaughan, Sarah, Jeff and Samantha Brantly, Amy and Keith Priest, Joe and Allison DeSota, Andy and Ben Vander Weide, David and Abbey Cook, Kate and Tyler Hulst. He also leaves a dear friend, Annie Cantu and a special “Grandma”, Dorothy Stults. He was preceded in death and greeted in heaven by his grandparents, Hank and Pat DeSota, uncle, Keith Friend; and his cousin, Nicholas Vander Weide. He was an avid Detroit Lions fan. If the Lions win the Superbowl in 2016, we know Dan pestered for divine intervention. Dan loved Snicker bars, pizza, his mom’s cooking, his favorite dessert, “Danny’s Yummy Bars” and lots of ketchup. Most of all he loved his family and will be sadly missed by us all.
