Dan “Gimli” William Masterton

Dan “Gimli” William Masterton, age 31, of Allendale went home to Jesus on Sunday, May 7, 2017.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Dorothy Masterton, Al and Betty Valentine.    He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 5 years, Kim; sons, Shane and Emmitt; parents, Ted and Maryann Masterton; twin sister, Kate (Matt O’Herron) Masterton; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tom and Becky Logsdon; and nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.  A Celebration of Dan’s Life will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017, 11:00 am at Lighthouse Christian Ministries, 13858 Lincoln St., Grand Haven with Pastor Steve Turrell officiating. Interment Allendale Township Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (corner of Avery and Scott) 6651 Scott St., Allendale.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Lighthouse Christian Ministries.
