Craig Vandenbos

Craig Martin Vandenbos, age 60, of Grandville, went to be with his Lord on Friday, November 15, 2024, after a long battle with liver failure. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Maxine Vandenbos, and his father-in-law, Mel Krul. Craig was a wonderful husband and father to his “girl gang” and will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 26 years, Jayne; daughters, Sarah, Sydney, and Stacie; mother-in-law, Donna Krul; sisters and brothers, Jill and Bo Oosterman, Karrie and Dan Bussa, Lisa and Rick Heyboer, Jim and Michelle Krul, Julie and Don VanSolkema, Melissa and Steve Postma; dear friend and Stephen Minister, Fred Hulst; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7 pm on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Ivanrest Church, 3777 Ivanrest Ave. SW, Grandville, 49418 with Pastor Kendall Everett officiating. Burial will take place at Grandville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with the family Wednesday, November 20 from 5-8 pm at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW. The family would like to say special thanks to the liver care teams at Henry Ford Hospital. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Living Liver Foundation or Finding Freedom Ranch.
