Claudene Kooistra

Claudene Beth (Raterink) Kooistra, age 81, of Wyoming, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, January 15, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe; brothers, Rodney and Phyllis Raterink and Benjamin and Martha Raterink. She will be dearly missed by her children and grandchildren, Kimberly and Robert Molter (Alexander and Kelly, Elaina and AJ), Lawrence Kooistra (Cassandra, Kayleigh, Lauren, Matthew), Michelle Kooistra, Randall and Maria Kooistra; several great-grandchildren; siblings, Leland and Maryellen Raterink, Judith and Tracy Allen; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Christian Reformed Church, 3500 Byron Center Ave. SW, Wyoming, with Rev. Mark VanDrunen officiating. The burial will take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Sunday, January 21, from 2-5 p.m. at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW.
