Charles John Snyder, age 92, of Grandville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. Charles was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and farming. He was preceded in death by his brother and sisters. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 68 years, Erma; children, Dennis and Donna Snyder, Diane and Dan Datema; grandchildren, Jared and Sarah Snyder, Lyndsey and John Fick, Derick and Samantha Datema, Daniel and Bridgett Datema; great-grandchildren, Colter, Tressa, Emery, Naomi, and Jordan; sister-in-law, Dorothy Allen, Jean and Al Pepper; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Monday, February 15, 2021 at Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Dr. SW with Pastor Jon Alexanian officiating. Burial Floral View Memorial Gardens. Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday from 10-11am prior to the service at the funeral home.
