Carolyn Mae Coke

Carolyn Mae Coke, age 91, of Kentwood went to be with her Lord on Saturday, February 21, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Ken; granddaughter, Marie; and brothers, Sherm Veltkamp, and Barney Veltkamp. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Jim Coke, Doug Coke, Kristie and Tim Rozelle, Dan Coke; grandchildren, Brian and Kimberly, Annie and Dylan, Katy, Jenny, D.J., Matt and Melissa, Josh, Michael, Zack; 9 great grandchildren; brothers, Vern and Nita Veltkamp, Larry Veltkamp, Darrell and Shirley Veltkamp; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Eva Veltkamp, Stuart Cok; many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Carolyn served as Secretary to the Executive Secretary of the Reformed Ecumenical Council for 30 years. Carolyn had a love for her native Montana to which she returned every year for as long as she was able. She also loved dogs, music, singing, flowers and gardening. Her family held a graveside service at Pine Hill Cemetery. A memorial service will be held later this spring. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Princeton Christian Reformed Church.
