Tamara Dee Cooper

Tamara Dee Cooper, age 63, of Grand Rapids passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026. She was preceded in death by her son, Scott Empie; parents, Marvin and Irma Cooper; siblings, Larry, Bill, Butch, Bob, Irene, Robbin, Donna, and Glenda. Tammy will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Tara Tappin and Mark Smith; grandchildren, Cameron Empie, Marcy Crows, Tyler Tappin, Hailee Tappin; siblings, Krissie, Tonya, Jeanie; significant other, Byron Prichard. Tammy was family-centered and found her greatest joy spending time with them. She enjoyed time spent making puzzles and took pride in keeping a warm and welcoming home. She will be dearly missed.
