Carol Oudbier

Carol Sue Oudbier (Zielinski), aged 70 of West Michigan, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bennie and Emma Zielinski; and granddaughter, Katrina Marie Oudbier. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Jack; children, Benjamin Oudbier, Julie Roberts (Jeff Backowski), David Oudbier; grandchildren, Matthew, Tina, Kurtis, Nicolas, Brittney; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Rowan, Landon, Clarissa; brother, Bob; sister, Donna (Keith); many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Carol enjoyed camping, living on Lincoln Lake, crafts, and flowers. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Heartland Healthcare – Crestview for their loving care of Carol. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Friday at 11:00 am at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Thursday from 11am-1pm and 4-7 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association or Grand Rapids Home for Veterans.
