Carol Jean Harbach

Carol Jean Harbach, age 85, of Jamestown, died on Sunday afternoon, March 2, 2025, and went to be with her Lord. Carol was an elementary school teacher in Swarthmore and Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She also worked at a bookstore in Pennsylvania, then moved to Grand Rapids where she was employed at Zondervan and was a store manager for Goodwill in Jenison. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Jean Harbach; brother, Paul Harbach Jr. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings, Lillian (Rick) Nelson, David Harbach; sister-in-law, Barb Harbach; nieces, Melissa (Lance) Meacham, Jeani (Lance) Richter, Jennifer Harbach; nephew, Drew (Sharon) Harbach; her caregiver and friend, Lisa Rowe; many great nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 am at Grandville Protestant Reformed Church, 4320 40th St. SW with Rev. Nathan Decker officiating. Burial Floral View Memorial Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Adams Christian School.
