Carol Ann Shepard

Carol Ann Shepard, aged 66 of Wyoming, went home to be with our Lord and was reunited with her loving husband on Friday, September 18, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold “Harry” Shepard; parents, Earl and Mary Ann Jourden Sr.; sister, Mary Jourden-Stolcenberg; and brother-in-law, Michael Shepard. She will be greatly missed by her children, Joseph Michael Shepard (special friend, Vernisha McCracken), Ryan Patrick (Heidi) Shepard, Valerie Marie (Scott) Workman; companions, Ozzie and Buggs; grandchildren, Austin Michael Shepard, Maryann Frances Shepard, and Kara Rose Workman; brothers, Earl (Delilah) Jourden Jr., Robert (Anna) Jourden, Roger Jourden, Steven Jourden; sister, Marcia (Dr. Paul) Thieme; sister-in-law, Tina Marie (Fred) Patton; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Carol will be held on Thursday at 12:00 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming with Fr. Phil Shangraw officiating. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm and also on Thursday from 11-12 pm prior to the service. A rosary will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 8 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
