Carla Martin

Carla Hanser Martin, age 92, of Jenison, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Carla retired from Blodgett Hospital and enjoyed volunteering for many years at Love Your Neighbor. She was a devoted member at Bread of Life Lutheran Church. She loved serving her Lord and the people around her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Martin; parents, Carl and Isabelle Hanser; daughters, Debra Anderson, Pamela Dryer; brother, William and Dorothy Hanser; sister, Ettelye and William Horrell. She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Dave and Jennifer Martin; grandchildren, Lily, Stephanie, Kim, Jennifer, and Joshua. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Bread of Life Lutheran Church, 7510 36th Ave., Hudsonville, with Pastor Dave Beese officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 10:30-11 a.m. at the church prior to the service Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Love Your Neighbor.
