Carl Jesser, age 94, of Allendale. Having completed his work here on Earth, Carl began his new life with Christ on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He graduated from Hope College and dedicated his career to the credit union industry, serving as a respected general manager for multiple West Michigan Credit Unions. He had a love for the land and spent countless fulfilling hours on his hobby farm. A dedicated member of the Allendale community, he gave generously of his time and talents, serving on the local planning commission, as an active member of the Lions Club, and as a devoted member of the church. Above all, he cherished his family. His presence was a gift, and his legacy of devotion to his family will be forever remembered. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy, in 1983, to whom he had a lifelong commitment. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Sue, Chris and Tracy, Marti and Chris, Tom and Kristin, Erik and Katie; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Mary Fry, Janet Bolhuis; and many loving nieces and nephews.
